Resolutions for 2016

I’m keeping it simple this year. I have two resolutions:

  1. Do more things that make me happy and less of what doesn’t, and
  2. Do new things so I can figure out what makes me happy

Living an active lifestyle never fails to put a smile on my face. I want to continue to meet new people, explore more of the world, and push my body to new limits. These are what make me happy.

Just do it.
I plan to keep most of my 2016 goals for myself but here are a few I’m willing to share:

  • Visit one new country (re-occurring since 2013)
  • Run my first Ragnar relay
  • Run at least one Nike race (internationally if possible)
  • Go on a cruise

12 new things.
This world has so much to offer and I want to discover more of it. This year, I pledge to do at least one new thing each month. I’ll either blog about it or post a photo on Instagram.

    Can we do the Ragnar together? Would love to do something like that! As for my NY resolutions, I’d like to get back into blogging and get better at running by incorporating other types of workouts into my routine. Hope to see you soon girl! xo

    These are so simple and easy resolutions to keep. Love the ease of them, and they can be kept no matter what. Thanks for sharing, very encouraging.
